  • The Official Packers-Queens WK 17 GameDay Thread

What do you call a hapless fellow who can’t mate in Vegas while throwing away a tons of frogskins, frogskins that he coulda spent instead to mate?

    A impenetrable loser.

Hopefully today, Lovemaker and the offense are able to penetrate through the Queens D and the end zone with ease. Hopefully the Packers D proves to be impenetrable. Most importantly, hopefully the Packers avoid being losers today.

    Packers 72
    Queens 0

    Power to the Packers!

      Throw, throw, throw.

I know Jacobs and company are a great running attack, but the Vikings defense is set up to stop the run. Attack their weak link through the air. Don’t pull an Ohio State and run needlessly into the teeth of the Vikings strength. Love should throw the ball 45 times today.

        Go Pack Go!
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Watson out today. I don’t see a bright future for him in GB.
Need the other young receivers to step up.

Shit here it is. The big test to see if the Pack is truly playoff ready. It is gonna be crazy with both teams needing this win badly. IMO at the end of the day it means much more to MN due to the chance of the division and 1 seed. That might be the difference that undoes them. Packers should play fast and loose with a spoiler mentality.

Yes sir that is the way! Love has to make the big plays today. Vikings make ton of big plays on offense. Can’t expect the defense to hold them down much at home.

I typically have a good feel for how games will play out. But this one I have no expectations. Road, divisional games are tough. And beating the Vikes/Bears to be a 5 or 6 seed, by itself, doesn’t feel all that meaningful. So I won’t be shocked if they come and lay a stinker to setup a Vikings/Lions winner take all game next week.

Of course I want us to come out hot and get some good playoff prep. I actually want Jacobs to rush 15+ times to control the tempo and keep Jefferson/Addison and that stupid horn on the sideline. We’ll need big games from Reed/Doubs/Kraft and we should be able to get 4+ sacks as Darnold’s been on the ground a lot this year. Hopefully that leads to 1-2 takeaways.

If we win - it has to be by 8 as the Vikings have the Chiefs mojo in close games.

I'm personally worried about you guys. Playing some great football. That said, it is a road game against a resourceful team with some big time playmakers and a solid defense.

This game will come down to Love’s performance.
He needs to take the next step today.

Won the toss and are taking the ball. I like it.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.
