    Time for him to go.

He had a pcl and came back quickly vs the bears, has been a full practice participant but sat games because of ‘swelling’.

Now he’s going for season ending surgery? Something doesn’t smell right here.

    Send him packing.

It sounds like he was trying to come back but had setbacks after playing and practicing. They were trying to avoid surgery, but finally decided that surgery was necessary. Don't think anything there's anything suspicious about it. Just unfortunate. Injuries are a part of the NFL.

He just punched his ticket on the David Bakhtiari express.
We paid an exorbitant amount of money for very little production.
Should never play another down for the Packers.

LaFleur’s comments recently left it kinda weird. Min 4.

He could’ve had surgery in week 11 and been back now.

TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

We would save $7.3M on the cap by cutting this offseason.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Meh, I tend to agree with Joe. Players want to play and we don't have any reason AFAICT to doubt the official narrative. Stinks that he is hurt again. Great player when healthy. Probably best to cut him lose and maybe try to resign him to a prove it deal.

                  7.3 off the 2025 cap

But not handing him over 16M more in 2025 and then another 18 in 2026. The cap savings in the first year isn’t the best way to look at how much it saves.

If the Packers release him, I don't think he's signing a prove it deal here.

Maybe, but maybe not. AJ Hawk did IIRC. I'm sure the players understand it - they may not like it though.

He isn't nearly as good as he thinks he is. Ship his overpaid ass somewhere else.

Bahktiari's issue was with the same knee. Jaire had the shoulder injury, and now it's a knee. It's not like it's the same injury over and over.
Also - there are stats showing the pass defense is better with Jaire than without him.

OK, let's say you cut or find someone to trade you a Day 3 pick for him. What's the plan then? Bring back Stokes? Draft a bunch of rookies? The FA CB class isn't that great - a lot of undersized or old CBs.

His availability is absolutely an issue. I'm not sure you can move from him without a good plan in place. The CBs aren't good enough - with this pass rush - to clamp down on the top passing offenses. The last two losses showed that pretty clearly.

Find someone who plays more than 50% of the games so you can create a scheme around that.

I'd agree with run here - yes, it's frustrating as hell, and easy for us to feel better by saying they should kiss Jaire goodbye, but then what? I'm guessing they'd need to pull off a Ron Wolf - draft three guys at the CB position, and hope one or maybe two turn out.
