  • More Banjo - Packers vs Bears

    Love and Watson hurt.

First loss to Bears for MLF.

    Packers finish 1-5 in NFCN.

Emanuel Wilson - 73 rushing yards 1 TD.

    Bears 7-14 on 3rd down, Packers 3-10

Game did not matter in standings as Washington won.

    Discuss.

Washington winning makes me feel just a tad better about the sloppy Packers, well, on second thought.

Granted Washington won, but to play like the Packers did today, at home, against the shitty Bears, is still demoralizing. The passing game was just way off today. Now to play the Eagles, this season is over.

A doink away from being 0-6 in the division is not cool!! What the hell Matt Pepe LePew??

Love is making the nefarious skinbasket a prophet like some cheap horror flick. Truly a dark day.

Unless something unexpected happens in the playoffs, the offensive staff will have a lot of problems to attack in the offseason.

Meanwhile, we'll draft 3 CB's in the first 5 rounds.

In reality we should probably draft a WR in round one and a running back who is s serious threat as a receiver
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

We beat up on a bunch of patsies during the season.
The two quality wins: The Rams had half their team out and the Texans are as directionless as we are.
Our record is better, but I would argue we are not as good as the team that entered the playoffs last year.

I would not be dissatisfied at all if we draft a receiver in the early rounds. Watson and others may not be here after next year.

I am happy with McManus, very consistent kicker. Very happy with Jacobs. I like Tucker Kraft. Just not sure about Love yet.

This.. I see a season with zero quality wins. Maybe Seattle but that’s about it.

It is very telling that the teams that have seen a lot of MLF in the North owned him this year. His offensive play calling has been lackluster. Rarely have I seen a new wrinkle where I stop and think “wow, that was impressive”. Those have been there in the past, but have been almost non existent this season.

Unless MLF suddenly brings out the goodies once the playoffs start, this is going to be a quick exit. Our WRs have largely been exposed as incapable against man defense. WR jet sweeps do not get it done at the NFL level if you are going to run it multiple times every week. Refusing to coach up your QBs to pull the ball and run when 5+ yards are available is asinine, and being entirely incapable of running slant patterns is immensely frustrating. Love is going to have a lot to prove in a week.

Where was Jacob’s? We really needed him in the 2nd half.

Lots of shitty 3rd down passes behind the line to gain. Questionable 2pt conversion. Questionable end of game management. If you’re gonna kick the FG - why take the timeout w/ anything less than 1 sec on the clock.

Punt coverage or the directional punt issue is unexplainable…

Why was Watson playing? I said they should rest anyone that needs it (including Watson).

All in all a really shitty game.

                              Rams, Houston? Arizona?

Agree - we haven’t beaten any really good team.
