I went to the draft in Detroit last year - day two. It was ridiculous, frankly. Most of it roped off; we couldn't even get in until a number of people left - they were controlling how many people could be in the "draft party" section, which was cordoned off. So we walked around the perimeter, then finally got in. Frankly, not my bag. Lots of people walking around in their team's jerseys, holding cold beer on a cold night. Nothing special, to me.
