  • Bo Melton

Given the effusive praise directed his way regarding the conversion from WR to DB and him making the active roster as a depth piece, I wonder why they aren't considering him for KR and PR as well.

Reed is going to have to play through injury and so would think removing him from PR would be desired. Nixon is a starter as well and would think insulating him from injury would also suggest leveraging a depth player for the risky PR/KR position.

It's not like Melton hasn't played the positions as I believe he did so in each of his years at Rutgers with pretty good results. I get that his 2024 KR limited stats underwhelmed but I'd think the door is open again to see if he can fill the role until Savion is healthy.

I have been wondering the same. Why wouldn’t you step up and ask for more touches?

If there were Vegas odds on him being PR or KR at some point this year, I'd take it as I don't think Reed and Nixon are going to remain the primaries.

Probably why they didn't keep Clifford for his experience as QB3; they have Bo Melton!!!

You do know he was also the financial mastermind behind the Micah Parsons trade, right?

I heard Bo was on the phone with Jerry for 7 hours straight before handing it off to Gutes to carry the baton home.

A real team player, that Bo Melton. Hasn't piped up at all to take even the tiniest bit of credit.

Can Melton sub for Clark on the D-line?

Yeah, just put Parsons and Cooper in the A gaps on a zone blitz, and drop DT Melton into coverage hahahaha.

Hoping Bo is the second coming of Sam Shields and the DB position goes from an area of perceived weakness to an area of strength by the end of the year.

Who's returning kicks and punts on Sunday, I wonder.

Could it be Bo? Bo knows returns?

Bo is second on the depth chart.

                            At every single position.
