  • Packers vs. Commanders Game Day Thread

Time for me to break through. Pretty sure I've never had consecutive winning Game Day threads in the regular season. Tonight is the night.

    Packers 27
    Commanders 20

Let's hope that they don't go Commando on Green Bay.

I think the Packers will win.

        That's not a good sign.

Well, that will be interesting in terms of what it does to the game plan. Will that hurt Jacobs more in the run-blocking department or Love in the passing department? Or both? Or neither?

....with only Belton and Jennings as backups. Activate an OL from practice squad?

Maybe, but all they have is OT's Dalton Cooper and Brant Nanks, who were at best 3rd string in training camp. Travis Glover is on IR for the year, Jacob Monk is on IR/DFR, and John Williams is on PUP.

                    Go Pack Go!

At BelAir Cantina in the TitleTown district for dinner.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Early season - 2 good, young teams / on short weeks. Edge to the Packers but nervous about our secondary and between the 20s yardage. Is our offense like 2011 (?) where’d we score so quick that our defense was always taxed? Good problem to have but still a problem.

I think Golden get a TD, Parsons still on snap count but making plays, big games from Cooper and Gary, Jacobs has more touches and Packers win by 10.

                          30-20

McManus good from 55 with at least another 10 yards to spare towards the south endzone.
