No CeeDee Lamb for the Cowboys. Two offensive line starters to miss the game for them also. A poor defense. A Packer team coming off an unexpected loss.

This ought to add up to a Packer victory, maybe even in convincing fashion.

    Ought to.

But The Flower needs to do a much better job game planning for this one, and a much better job getting his offensive line ready. And maybe put Bisaccia on notice that his special teams better start like they're special and not special ed.

In need of depth and with two open roster spots, the Green Bay Packers are signing rookie offensive tackle Brant Banks from the practice squad to the 53-man roster, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Banks, an undrafted rookie out of Rice, has been on the practice squad since the start of the regular season. He was elevated to the gameday roster in Week 2 and played four snaps on special teams.

The Packers are dealing with injuries to starting right tackle Zach Tom (oblique) and starting left guard Aaron Banks (groin), necessitating an addition up front on offense. When Tom and Banks weren't available to play Week 2, elevating Banks was the move. Now the rookie is on the active roster, and he'll join Jordan Morgan, Anthony Belton, Darian Kinnard and Donovan Jennings as available backups.

        They should beat DAL.
Their defense has been giving up a lot of points, and I'm sure they have enough pride (and prodding from Jerrah) to want to show the world they don't suck without Micah.

That said, GB has not lost in Jerryworld, and they absolutely should have hot piss after the Lake Erie fiasco. This feels like it will be close for about a half and then GB pulls away.
Unlike CLE, I don't know what DAL does well (with Ceedee out and all their injuries) that they can hang their hat on.

Basically, play better than vs. CLE and they should be fine.

As for Brant Banks, I actually thought there was enough there you could work with to turn into a serviceable depth. If Banks and Tom can't go, they will have to play two of Kinnard, Belton and Morgan, so they need gametime depth behind that.

I don't think Banks or Tom play, I think they use the bye to get plenty fo time to get healthy. FWIW, Banks needs to get healthy and play better fast or that contract is going to look very iffy.

The Packers should be pissed at their performance in Clevland. They need to take it out on Dallas. The Bears pounded them, so no excuse for the Packers to not flatten them.

If any good comes out of Sunday’s humiliating disaster, it is a convincing win against the hated cowboys. At least it was against an AFC team where this game is much more important from a standings perspective. If Love doesn’t want to get labeled as the new Dak he better get his shit in gear. Same goes for Pepe LePew. If he can skip going to get his hair cut and use that day for working on the gameplan would be awesome.

I can't see anything but a Packer win here. If they lose, panic will set in for us fans. Me included. Even though I know better.

Tex should do the honor, given that the Cowfuckers are his 2nd favorite team.

That's actually a really good comparison. Can look great in stretches, but can't consistently not fuck up at a key time.

Well, Walker was looking at the super bowl before last weeks game and Micah was looking at Dallas (both made public comments). This week I'd bet everyone is focused on Dallas. I expect to win this one in convincing fashion. Double digits. My money will be on the Packers.
