Chances of us all spelling it correctly are better if we agree to just call him The Flower.

It's an interesting question - the prevailing opinion seems to be that Guter has given him all the talent he needs. Not a perfect team, but a mostly talented team. So if the team can't get to the playoffs, that would be worst case and maybe Policy lets him walk? Or if they get to the playoffs but lose in the first round - then what?

Tough call, but all in all, you'd have to think - on the surface - that with his record, he'd be pretty safe as far as an extension. But maybe it'd be a short one.
