Dude, I can't remember what I had for breakfast yesterday, let alone what the Packers have done in the last three drafts, lol.

But now that you mention it, in '24, they picked the two safeties early and then the two corners late. Are either of those corners still on the team?

You made me look it up. In 2024 they drafted Bullard in the 2nd, Williams in the 4th, Oladapo in the 5th and Kalen King in the 7th. So 3 safeties and 1 CB. King is the only one gone. They also drafted Valentine in the 7th in 2023.

I believe the plan this year was to let Morgan compete for the LT position in training camp. But injuries to Banks and Jenkins forced him to fill in at G positions. I still think he's the most likely LT in 2026. I would love to see them move Tom to LT though. I've always thought his footwork made him a natural for LT.
Unless they believe Walker is BETTER than Morgan at LT right now they are making a monster mistake. And if they do believe that after 2 camps then Morgan won't be an NFL LT. Again, there is no logic or longer term thought to how this team approaches the OL. Yosh was decent and has been pretty good in carolina yet they hated the kid. Myers was a dumpster fire that couldn't get a second contract worth a damn from 31 other teams, yet they trotted him out day after day. If Walker deserves the starting gig (he probably does. I put him and Morgan comparable on small sample size) they need to lock him up.

2024 was a very good CB draft. We had a need already. Bullard is a hybrid at best who does his best work around the line as a safety. I rest my case.

You can't always keep everybody. They might feel Morgan is as good or better LT than Walker, but that Walker is a better LT than Rhyan is a RG. So that's why Morgan played RG. They have Walker and Rhyan becoming UFA's, and Elgton with an 18.5M base salary next year, so I suspect 2 of the 3 will go. Don't have any idea what they'll do, but I'm pretty sure Belton is part of the plan.

With those five precious draft choices, they'll need at least one or two more offensive linemen, you'd think.

I think they have 6 picks. The pick they traded for Kinnard is a 2027 pick.

I understand what they think. I also think its messing with players playing their best. Jenkins is playing a position he hasn't really played in years. Morgan seems to finally be settling at RG but they still want him to move around with every injury. Banks not being healthy makes all these decisions look even worse. And next year the one guy who has been steady at his position for a couple years now is likely walking and we will be lucky to get a 2027 3rd (because we always seem to get screwed on comp picks).
