Sarcasm, hombre. It was meant to mock know-it-all Bobble.

Well, at least we haven't lost all our marbles.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Maybe Bobble needs a new avatar.

Because of injury I thought. Didn't he lose the job in camp?

edit: I looked it up. Meyers was going to be a backup until Alijah vera Tucker got hurt. Then they shifted the starting center to guard and Meyers into the lineup. So I stand by it. He is only starting due to injury. Talk to me again next season.

I guess if the take that Meyers is horrible is "know it all" then yes. I'll assume the rest of you stand with Tex and he is awesome and Gutes totally fucked up by letting him walk. Probably all of you also think drafting ahead of Humphries was smart too.

My point is that I am aligned with 95% of the board here.....how does that make me a know it all?

I missed that. I saw him in a competition with the former center only.

Late breaking update (meaning I am very late to it): https://nypost.com/2025/09/03/sports...before-season/

The likely shift on the line in Vera-Tucker’s absence will be moving incumbent center Joe Tippmann to right guard and starting Josh Myers, who was competing for the center job with Tippmann at center.
Are we sure Myers was losing?

Ya, I think so. I was trying to follow Meyers during camp, and there was an article that referenced Tippman having the upper hand, but said Meyers would very likely have an impact before the season was over as the first man up if injuries hit the interior line. It was almost immediately after that that Tippman was moved because of injury.

Even if he did win the job....does starting for the Jets count as starting for an NFL team......I think my point still stands.

Taking and all pro OG and sending him to center was a shit call
                        AND TO TOP IT OFF
We grossly overpay a OG Pro Bowl money and he's never been to a Pro Bowl before

When you pay an OG 18MIL a year you better be getting a dominant player.

And it doesn't help that Jordan Morgan can probably only play LT and that happens to be the spot where we have a player playing above average I think.

                        What a mess.
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER
