    Hafley’s 2025 Packers are certainly NOT the problem

    "The Packers have allowed just 39 total points and 780 total yards in their 3 losses this season.
    They're the first NFL team to allow fewer than 40 points and fewer than 800 yards over their first 3 losses of the season since the Lions in 1940."

    Can't argue that. He's been given the horses, and he's delivered.

    By the way, Carrington Valentine is not a perfect corner - his tackling leaves much to be desired - but he is unquestionably the team's second best outside corner. So please just play the guy there and have Hobbs rotate with Bullard.

      Hafley may not be a large degree of the problem, but the defense in general is. Our DBs are mediocre at best - our Corners are really crap. Most teams can protect against deep balls without totally giving up the short zones. The Packers mostly cannot. Our pass rush just always seems to come close but practically never gets there. That means Parsons is not doing what we gave up so much to get him for. Maybe he would be if the interior of the D Line was better.

      Valentine is the second best Corner? Bad as he is tackling and half step above mediocre as he is in coverage, I'd say everybody else is worse.
      What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

        Sure, they've failed in some end-of-game situations. But when your defense is holding opposing teams to 16, 13, 10 points and you're still losing, well, easy to see what the real problem is.

                Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

                    If you don't want him hired anywhere else Tony, you need to start a rumor about him dating the head coach's wife or daughter.

                        Obvious thread title is obvious. Get the Offense rolling, maybe make a couple special teams plays along the way. Have some chicken, maybe some sex, see where things lead.
