JJ will throw 4 TDs and AJ will run one in.

I'm optimistic for a Packer win. I'm not very optimistic, though, for a dominant Packer performance - probably just more of the same against a Viking team that has also been disappointing but with a worse record. Teams have figured out that they can nickel and dime their way down the field and keep the Packers offense off the field. I don't know what they can do to change that, but Hafley gets paid to figure it out. I hope he does. I heard one of those YouTube guys say it helps the Packers that McCarthy will be their QB - he's so bad. Hopefully that's true, not the Tony Oday take, that we make McCarthy look good.

Sounds like promising news on Jacob’s and Reed’s return (soon?). We need them and MarShawn along with a reliable OLine to have a real chance this season. Krafts injury was massive.

last year's losses to the Vikes were two of the more disappointing losses last year. The Packers just seemed dazed for most of both games. It was ugly. Matty The Flower needs to figure out how to get them fired up to play Minny.

And he needs to get creative on offense. Keep trying Whylie at FB. Play Chris Brooks more, maybe even in tandem with Josh Jacobs (if Jacobs plays). If you're going to insist on using Musgrave, use him doing what he does best.

Last week was a "good" win where we did what we needed to against an inspired but not real good team. This week our season starts. Vikings and Lions and Bears oh my!!! We gotta take 2 of these 3 or we can probably count the playoffs out. Take all 3 and things will be looking damn good. Lose all 3 and start planning the offseason.

I was at that that game at Lambeau last year. Packers were a disaster, down 28-0 at one point. Somehow came back and damn near won it. Same thing later in the season at Minnesota. Trailed 27-10 after 3 quarters before rallying to lose 27-25. Would be nice to see them not get buried early.

I think we'll see a lot of Brooks. Vikings like to blitz, especially on early downs. They have 12 guys with at least 1 sack, so you never know where the pressure is coming from. Whyle played all over the place last week. He'll be in there.

Packers OL coach Luke Butkus said rookie second-rounder Anthony Belton has been repping inside in addition to tackle. Team expects their reserves to be able to fill in both inside and outside. Packers originally were only repping Belton at tackle.

That’s even better news than finding out the team is now introducing Beltin to the guard position!

Yes, Minny’s D can be tough - offensive line is going to have to be on the same page. For once.

It's not just the line. Vikings blitz more often than any other team. Picking up blitzes is huge.

                              Don't tease me Luke.

Packers also need to rely on Brooks and Wilson to pass pro even if it costs Jacobs some reps. Or just go split backs in gun if you must.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.
