Play assist strikes again in the Washington and Denver game.
Bronco player trips the QB to the ground and the refs don’t call the QB down. QB gets up and runs for 10 yards. Denver challenges the call.
Instead of a 1st and 15 yards on the trip, Washington now has 3 and 18. If no replay was reviewed it is 3rd & 2.
So not only does replay penalize the wrong team. It activitely rewards the team that committed a penalty.But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.
