You cannot hope for perfect ball to finish a game. Those last two play calls which were safe and willing to settle for a FG are how you Schottenheimer a good team. His offense needed one more play. LaFleur failed to give them one. And that was after some bold calls in the midfield. He just shrank when he got near the end zone.

Meh, the players blew it. They were in the red zone a ton and put up very few points. No LaFleur's fault the guy facemasked Caleb on third and a billion and then not his fault the guy didn't recover the onside kick and also not LaFleur's fault the center fumbled.Comment
