Packers projected to have 98% chance of making playoffs. https://www.playoffstatus.com/nfl/nf...easonprob.html Assume this does not take into account injury situation at QB.

I’m thinking packers win out and bears lose out. 2nd seed. Sounds good to me

If that happens they might end up with #3 seed. Eagles would be #2 if they win out. (vs Buffalo, vs Washington)

I wouldn’t mind a rematch with da Bears in Chicago. The joy in stomping the #2 seed in their own place. Let’s do it.

I would rather the Pack rest thr injured, the North doesnt matter.
Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

Sort of agree, but the mentality of the team does matter. You don't want to lose your way into the playoffs. I'd rest guys who will benefit the most from it. I can't know who that may be (I would speculate Jacobs). I might rest Tom just to let Morgan get game snaps on the right side since they insist on playing him there, although if you plan on making him the heir LT it might be damaging. Use these 2 games to rest the guys who benefit from rest and give snaps to guys who need snaps.

Now is not the time to rest the vets - if anytime ever is. The Bears have two tough games. Unless they win one or we lose one, winning the division and home field advantage in a game, maybe two is still in play.

I see Watson was quoted as saying Love was doing fine and looking good, but you never know about those idiotic concussion protocols and safety stupidity in general. If the league dumbasses just don't fuck things up, he should be able to play and play well. Am I misremembering? Or did Willis throw at least one long straight perfect pass downfield after the supposed throwing arm injury? I'm fairly sure he'll be ok too. Aside from that, I read (and this is for APB hahaha) that Kaepernick is in Green Bay waiting for a call. Maybe that was fake news, though.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

Right now, the mentality of this team stinks. Really. They got punched in the face last night. That was a terrible performance.

Since I don't know where to bring it up, I'll do it here: it seems to me that Guter and The Flower (sounds like the title of a seventies sit com) have two seasons after this one to bring home a championship, or at least get to the SB. They've got Parsons, they've got talent (maybe lacking in certain positions), they have lots of money tied up. This is it. My sense is that Policy will figure out how to extend The Flower for a year or two, and then Guter and The Flower will have two seasons to prove their worth. If they don't get it done, why would you then face the inevitable financial reckoning these contracts will bring with the two guys who couldn't get it done when they were given the resources? I think at that point you'd just blow it up and start over.

But I am speaking out of despair after a shameful performance last night. I hope the home fans were booeing, especially that defense. And if you could boo only a position group, boo that offensive line, too. Suckage.

This season has gone from excitement, to concern, and finally apathy.

The Packers making the playoffs seems similar to the idea of the Badgers getting a Bowl Bid (which they did not). Give some extra practice time to the team
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER
