Harlan indeed deserves credit for turning around a moribund franchise. RIP.

But it should be noted that Harlan’s “system” produced only two Super Bowl wins. Two Super Bowl wins is great if you’re the Queens. With two consecutive QBs destined to be immortalized in bronze busts, the Packers “Owls” total should’ve rivaled that of the Brady-era Traitors.

Polar Bears with broken dreams should not be drafting and developing all the time. With the backing of Harlan, Thompson’s over reliance on the draft costed Packers a glorious dynasty.
