Nominally, I guess I'm a Hawkeye fan, since I went to Iowa. But actually, I used to be glad when they lost because you could get more NFL news then.

My favorite team is any team Bob Knight or Bobby Bowden coach or who Larry Bird plays on.
more freedom, less government. Go Sarah!

Sure. Why not. It's not like I know the guy.

          Favorite team:

          Wisconsin (alma mater)

don't really care after that. Kinda 'supported' the Big Ten in CBB until the last tournament. We rocked both sides of the Hockey world this year. In CFB, its only the Badgers.

          Least favorite team:

Minnesota (dislike Minnesota on some many levels; professional, collegiate, tourists, etc...)
          Michigan
          OSU
          Iowa

Listening to Canadians, North Dakotans, Minnesotans and Wisconsinites all badmouth each other is like listening to the Norwegians, Danes and Swedes commenting on each other.

They do have some differences in style, but come on. They talk alike, look alike, think alike.

My father is from Norway and I speak norsk.

            Ja, vi elsker dette landet.

Not to sure about that. Being an Indian/native American, I think they would say they look/sound anything like me. But I'm just going on my own experiences, I could be wrong.

I donno...i went to school in Minnesota for 5 years, and they were different than a lot of wisconsin people i konw. but of course, we were probably different than a lot of hte minnesota people they know. I lived in a boarder town, so that changes a lot of things as well. it was a very mixed community. but different than around the GB/Appleton/Oshkosh area. Heck, La Crosse can even be different.

Outsiders can't tell the difference. I had a former co-worker from New York. He got a kick out of the hatred between Wisconsin and Minnesota people. He said that other than the teams they root for, they are the same damn people. Same heritage, same dialect, both even have 10,000 lakes.

we're so alike is probably why we hate eachother.
