One thing a leader can't cultivate through any other means than "the fact that it's a natural blessing" is REAL Compassion for people in need.

One thing I've come to learn in my years as a leader is this: Any man that needs to continuously toot his own horn is not what he would have you believe he is.

When you learn to make a point without resorting to caps, bold and large font, you might be an interesting challenge for a debate (it would certainly make any post more reader friendly).
