  • Eagles O-line - MASSIVE

Everyone talks about their size, so I looked it up. From left to right:

    335 - 321 - 330 - 340 - 330
Two backups are even bigger: Gilles 358 and Cole 350.

    That's unbelievable!

I'm guessing they don't run a ZBS. If I were siting on the 50-yard line, I'd throw peanuts to them.

Wow and Philly has the # 1 pass offense in the league - I guess McNabb has loads of time to throw. But we've got Woodson & Manuel...

Perhaps KGB's, Hawk's and Popp's quickness will be a factor...

Even if they get to McNabb, he's still a beast to rope to the ground....

You'd be better off bringing a few bales of hay.

They are the real deal. Big tough vets. Andy is an old line coach so he builds solid Olines from the ground up. They are all two way players, solid run blockers and all good pass pro guys. They block to their personnel and protect Donovan as best they can.

              This is a top unit.

if we have a competitive game in this one, it's the greatest coaching feat in MM's life!

You're not suggesting we may lose??

The backup center, Nick Cole, is 6-0, and 350 lbs. as you mentioned. This guy must be just about as wide as he is tall!

Big dudes like this will not be overpowered, but they can generally be beaten with quickness. Here's hoping for good games from KGB and Cullen Jenkins.

                    Yeah.

I think we are gonna get absolutely drilled.

Philly is primed and we are a struggling lot, just hanging on by our fingernails.

                    Hope I'm wrong, but I don't think I am.

I haven't looked to see how they're doing thus far this year running the ball, but last year, they couldn't run to save their life. Did they have injuries along the front?

I don't believe any of them are especially skilled outside of Tre Thomas, and I don't even know if he's with them anymore. Runyan is pretty good, iirc.

I think we should have the advantage with our DL to their OL.

During Training Camp I almost got a Woodson jersey. That would of been a terrible decision. I guess now I can breathe a sigh of relief.
