Two ways:

One - delete all your cookies; I do this periodically but some cookies are beneficial, IMO.

Two - if you use Windows; access your 'documents and settings' and find the 'cookies' folder. Then just highlight and delete the 'click for cans' txt file.

Ok I tried the deleting of cookies and it still says that I've already voted today

EDIT: NM, you have to close your browser and then go back. It works fine.
