    Davin Joseph

    Perfect fit for our scheme.
"There's a lot of interest in the draft. It's great. But quite frankly, most of the people that are commenting on it don't know anything about what they are talking about."--Ted Thompson

I'd love to see us take Lutui, especially after seeing how he manhandled everyone in the Rose Bowl. However, I don't think we'll wind up with him, since he's a big ol' hoss and if I recall correctly, our new zone blocking scheme doesn't necessarily need huge lineman.

No way will eslinger go at the top of the 2nd. I would think Eslinger is late 3rd-early 5th.

It's tough to know who I want in this draft because we're bad at so many spots sadly.

I would think we could get Joseph in the 2nd, a DB in the 3rd, and Eslinger in the 4th. We'd be in like flint. Especially if we get Hawk in the first and sign Arrington.

Also, AJ Nicholson wont be taken that high, imo i think the pats will take a long look at Wimbley (FSU)

Eslinger and Nicholson are both listed as late 1st through 3rd round picks in the ESPN Draft Magazine, which is where i was getting my rankings and "thoughts" on.

I just read today that the Jets are happy right where they are, and don't want to give up more picks then needed to get to #1, and feel they can get their guy at #4 instead of trading up to #2.

huh...interesting. i would think they'd be the "major" team if anyone was to get Houston to trade out. It should be an interesting week.

by the way, for those who said A.J. Nicholson won't go round 2....

"The Chicago Bears have a big red circle around A.J. Nicholson with their 2nd round pick. He's big, athletic and perfect for their other OLB position." - NFL Scout.
