OK, if name changing is allowed it will need to be Admin changed to avoid account dupping. All request needs to be made public so all posters know who is who. I think it should be required that the name changer have a line in their sig saying "Formerly known as ****" for a week or two.

I think once every 3 months is a good rule for name changes since Mad's time should be used on other things like getting sexual favors as rewards for running such a cool sight.
