You know the writters are scrapping when they do a two page article on the Fullback! Just wait until the week off, when they start doing articles on the backup guard's second cousin who once played Division III ball but 'coulda been a contendah!'
Here's a link to an article on Mike Karney. This guy is that good as a pure blocking fullback. Like most FBs, he doesn't get any carries. His downside is that he doesn't get any catches either - I don't know if that's by design or not.
