  • Steroid Whispers at Maryland

Any of you guys ever hear about this? It seems that school has put out just a few too many ridiculous big, ridiculous strong athletes the past few years.

I read this at another forum, so I have no idea if its credible or not. It would not surprise me, though.

Well Merriman got suspened this year for using them and i thought the same thing with Davis. I dont think that it has anything related to the program but i think that some players there were on the roids just imo

i think i remember merriman being a lot smaller in school

      i could be wrong though

i'm sure a lot of schools look the other way when it comes to this. the bigger and faster the kids are, the better for the school.

Well, the reason I brought this up is because it just seems a little fishy. They have some athletic freaks over their. Their punter runs a sub 4.4 for crying out loud!!

I think the players at Maryland just want to be buff like their head coach.

                Just a question:

How many current nfl players did not use any steroids or other forbidden substance at least some time during their college or pro career?

                Just give a percentage.

                I think at most 10%.

What's kind of sad about the whole thing is that if it's true that the Maryland program is infested with steroid use, it's not even paying off for the team. It's not like Maryland is a national championship contender.

Who fears a team with a name like the "Terrapins"?
