Not only do they get to see Favre break all of Marino's records, they also lose 1 home game next season. Sucks to be them next year, unless they win the Super Bowl.

Dolphins fans don't even go to the games anymore. Their home attendance would be higher if they played all 8 home game in London.

They're just going to have to face it....the only thing Marino owns (Records...no Super Bowl) is going to be shattered next year by our very own Brett Favre!

Assuming he doesn't get hurt, there is no question at all he should break all the ones he's near. Both good and bad.

edit: I wonder if Blanda is pissed?

funny how they say favre is taking longer than Marino when that just isn't true! Marino played 17 seasons. This is Favres 17th season, but only 16th playing, so Favre will do it in a years less time...

Tarkenton probably was, but at least he can say he threw them at a higher rate that Favre.

So the Dolphins fans are upset? Too bad! Records were made to be broken. May Brett break the rest of Marino's records.

Ah, but who ever looks up that stat?

That stat isn't as bad as you make it out to be. It's a testament to Brett's durability and longevity, playing in some of the harshest conditions in the NFL. And if you doubt me, just remember this - Blanda is in the Hall of Fame.
