I've posted this same sentiment in a different Reid thread. I know it sounds cold, but.......
This is what happens when the boys don't have a father figure in their life. Andy's to busy spending 16 hrs a day trying to be a coach and he forgets to be a part of their lives. Same thing goes for Dungy and his son.The Bottom Line:

I thought Dungy was the coach that broke that tradition.
