Kind of boring when a few people are doing all of the picks. You should slow down and let others pick too. You should get one volunteer for each team and do it that way.

I agree. Be happy to be a part of this, but the team assignment should be random.

My suggestion was to have a consensus pick. Instead of one guy selecting we can have people say their pick for that specific team and the first player to get five votes gets the nod. So to summarize, the first person to get five votes gets to go to that team.

Only problem with that is that is there are only 9 people that have posted picks in this thread, and I doubt that 5 people will agree on one pick, especially in the later rounds. Also, that would take a bit too long.
