The Texans are reportedly interested in free agent running backs Ahman Green and Chris Brown.

Wideout Ashley Lelie visited the team on Friday. Green spent last year in a zone-blocking scheme and Brown is considered a good fit in one.

Do we look at Brown if Ahman goes elsewhere?

I know he's injury prone, but he has played well at times. If you get him to pair with Morency that isn't quite as much urgency to pick one in the 1st round in the draft.

Positives: good zone blocking runner, cheaper than Ahman.
Negatives: VERY injury prone, sounds like he wants to play in Baltimore

Had 1200 yds, 4.5 ypc, and 7tds last year. He'd be worth a look. He turns 29 in October and hasn't logged that many carries on his body.
