    Great Man

Donated a Kidney to save Ron Springs life today; good to see a feel good story every once in a while as opposed to the bad news
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

This is a good story. Walls is a hero who deserves to be saluted for his sacrafice. But, if anyone thinks they don't see enough feel good stories on sports news, then they're not watching much ESPN on the weekends. That programming is overloaded with 'warm fuzzies in the stomach' type stories. Call me an unsensitive jerk, but I change the channel when Ed Werder comes on and starts interviewing the 'mentally challenged' kid who plays basketball, or the athelete who had to overcome a family tradgedy to succeed in sports. Blach!

I remember seeing the story about Walls and Springs on ESPN when they were only considering it, but I'm glad that it actually happened. Great, feel-good, story.
