"There's a place here for all of our players," head coach Herm Edwards said. "It's just a matter of where they fit. That's going to be talked about and discussed. When we signed (quarterback) Damon (Huard), everyone threw up this big red flag: 'What does this mean (for Green?)' It doesn't mean anything. (Huard) was a guy we wanted to bring back. He's been a good quarterback. He's won some football games for us."

                            Michael C. Wright, of the Florida Times-Union, reports the Jacksonville Jaguars agreed to terms with free agent WR Dennis Northcutt (Browns) on a five-year contract worth $3.4 million per season, including a $4.5 million signing bonus. Northcutt will take a physical Sunday, March 4, and if he passes, he will sign the deal Monday, March 5.

                            Steve Corkran, of the Contra Costa Times, reports Oakland Raiders WR Ronald Curry agreed to a restructured contract that now runs through 2008. Curry was due a $5 million roster bonus by Wednesday, March 7, and carried a cap figure of $6.54 million.

                              I will be very, very upset if the Packers sign Henry for any more than $5 million per year. Seeing as Green could have been had for that amount, if Henry makes more than that I will feel as if i've been kicked in the junk repeatedly.

                              With that said, I'll probably get over it... I just miss Batman already.
