        It's this simple,

        He sees Nate Frickin Clements making 22 million in gauranteed on a 70 million dollar deal and he knows he'd get all of that but Chicago is giving him 7.

        There is a lot of money at stake here. If you knew you could get 22 million up front if you just hit the open market, you would do anything to get there. I would anyway.
