The Packers drafted a Pro Bowl player in the first round? If memory serves me correct Kampy and Driver were late round picks, why don't we just trade down out of the first round. Hell just trade all our picks for the entire 7th round, we'd have a better chance. Take a bunch of Marques Colstons and hope to hell they turn out. The emphasis that's put on the first round compared to the general results doesn't seem worth it. It's all fools gold let someone else take a shining to a player available and let them trade up to our spot, we'll take a second and 3rd round pick for it. Just a thought, granted Barnett and Hawk are well on their way but you can't really vouch for anyone else in recent memory. And as far as Kirwans mock draft having us take Jamaal Anderson, just remember the last time we took a waiver on a Jamaal in the first round.

Javon Walker (2002) and Bubba Franks (2000) were 1st round picks that went tp the Pro Bowl. Nick Barnett (2003) has a shot. Impossible to judge Rodgers (2005). Hawk (2006) will probably make it.I can't run no more
