Overall, I think TT is a good GM...
So far, he's had one below average draft and offseason ('05), and one above average draft and offseason ('06).
I fear Rodgers is a bust, although we all know he'll get his shot; hated how he mishandled the Walker thing (no, don't want to reargue it); he should have resigned Green (the Packers have no starting calibur RB on the roster); he, at least initially, undervalued the importance of the OL (the '05 disaster); he seems to be doing the same thing with the RB position in '06; et al.
My fear with TT is that he is too rigid... can a guy who is as rigid as TT pull off the necessary moves to fill all the holes, all at once, for a run at one championship??? Let alone multiple championships.
To me, it's all about winning championships... I sometimes get the feeling that TT would be happy as a clam to be 10-6 every year for the next 20, but not care less whether they ever won it all.
