Seriously, I don't know much about Harrell. TT's MO is get the best guy available, and most "Experts" are saying Harrell wasn't the best guy available.

Looking at the bios of this kid, he is not somebody you draft on production. He's got a lot of potential and he could've been top 10 if he was healthy.
