Favorite Z piece, in 1981 he named Brian Sipe his All Pro over Dan Fouts. Fouts had bigger numbers, but his reasoning was Sipe had one other All Pro to work with (Ozzie Newsome) and then not much. Fouts has Jefferson, Joiner, Winslow and Muncie.

The kicker was also rated much higher than Sanders, who might not have been the highest rated punter in the draft.
Conway also injured himself working too hard and still went on to kick for another team in the regular season.
As far as flops go, Conway rocks Sander's world. Though they each were drafted too high.

Wolf took Brett Conway with a 3rd round pick. How did he turn out?
Sherman took a punter (they use their legs too, same difference ('

) using his third 3rd round pick in 2004. That was not to impressive either.
('
') Not to beat a dead horse here, but wasnt one of the big arguments over why people thought Sherman should be fired, the fact that he drafted a punter in the 3rd round? Yet Ron Wolf drafted a kicker in the 3rd round in 1997.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

And if your job title is "Woodchipper Operator" should I stop reading your posts in packerrats?
If you had to write two football columns for the web and a magazine piece each week, I suspect something other than football might creep into your column.

ROAST HIM!
Some of his 'columns' have more to do with his interest in wine, or his rating of broadcasters, than they have to do with what his title is: sports writer.
That debate thing last season with model was stupid.
And furthermore, as long as I'm on the soapbox, I hate the idea that someone like him has a deciding vote on Hall of Fame induction.
Ok, I'm done.
I once read in one of his columns that he hated the sitcom 'Seinfeld'.
After that I couldn't take HIM seriously.

FREE AGENCY IS HERE. I'm keeping this sig until TT has signed two new legitimate free agents.
OH TURTLE, TIME TO COME OUT OF YOUR SHELL AND PLAY !!
Yes it would; at this point I'd settle for the infamous Taco Wallace
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

Brady is going to be a good QB. Other QB's had good skill players or a system devised to score lots of points. Name me two skill players that were on his team that were actually helping him out at all. His best skill player is in the Cubs minor league system and everybody else flat out sucked.
