    Is Brandon Jackson 8th on the list?? That is strange. I guess they know he's going to get a chance so maybe that factors in.

      I think they probably look at what positions make the greatest impact (or catch the greatest headlines), and QB, RB, WR (in that order??) probably top the list.

      Then they look who has the chance to get the most playing time. So in both those categories Jackson fits the bill.
