  • Another 7 round mock

    Packers:

    1st - Davis - TE
    2nd - Ryans - LB (I hate that, I think he'll be a decent pro)
    3rd - Calhoun - RB
    4th - Avant - WR
    5th - Pittman - CB
    5th - Setterstrom - OG
    7th - Adams - DT

    Vikings
    1st - Sims - LB
    2nd - Hodge - LB
    2nd - Drew - RB
    3rd - Blackmon - CB
    3rd - Croyle - QB
    4th - Whimper - OT
    5th - Eslinger - C
    6th - Orr - WR

Davis is like getting a Lexus SUV. Kind of an odd yet exceptional thing.

Hawk is like an Ford F150. Not as exciting but it will git'r done.

Interesting to see someone thinking we can't not take Davis.

I'd be OK with that draft. But, as a Packers fan, I would not be happy with the Vikings draft at all. IMO, it is amazing.

Who's the Lambourghini? That's the guy I want. If we can't get him, I'll take the Mazerati.

We're obviously a little punchy. Rastak brings us good, sober draft stuff and it gets hijacked into draft pick = what kind of vehicle analogies.

I don't know why he puts up with us.

BTW, I think Mario would be a military-grade Hummer.

I like Brodie Croyle, if they can protect him in the pocket he'll do some damage. Has knee issues but he's not a scrambler anyway.
                Thanks Ted!

The Packers will need a dynamic pass receiver more than they need a good linebacker.

I agree, this draft is deep with quality Linebackers into the second round which we could get one at 36. We will take Davis with #5.

I don't like Brodie Croyle at all.
