Shame Detroit nabbed Brian from right under our noses.

Tell me Bretsky, how did you feel about the Collins pick last year? I know it's a bad comparison, because you were pumped on Odell and we had just selected our future HOF QB, so you were down.
But, think back to the acutal player's name being called. I wasn't with you guys then, but someone dragged up the old draft thread, so, I got a good flavour. 99% thought TT was outta his mind!
A lot of people were wondering why on earth TT would draft a WR. A week later, JW acted like an idiot.
I say, have faith in TT. This draft thing is what he seems to relish the most.
Truth be told, I was luke warm on Collins last year. I'd have preferred a DL instead; the picks I didn't like last year were Rodgers, Murphy, and Hawkins, and I considered last year an average draft at best. My view is the same but Aaron Rodgers future performance is how that draft will really be measured. This draft thing is TT's baby, that's for sure......we can all passively watch the careers of Jimmy Williams and Chad Jackson and see and reflect if Green Bay did the right thing down the road.TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Luke warm?
Wasn't it you that blew a nut and sounded off, renouncing everything you could think of?
Of course, you did settle down, come back and say everything was alright,

I blew a nut at the Rodgers and Hawkins pick. I don't think I renounced everything..........but I did hate TT that day and calmed down later.Originally posted by GuinessLuke warm?

I saw a clip of Colledge in shorts and a jersey walking through sn airport or something. He is very tall and lanky for a lineman. Juat walking around he looks like an athlete.
He reminds me of Ken Ruettgers. I like this kid. Because he is starting to learn zone blocking from the same place as all the other linemen I think he has a great chance to be a starter on Day One.
Nutz, a little shout out here, for a guy that eats cat poop you called the first two picks![QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOriginally posted by BretskyHAWK as a starter is a given.Originally posted by NickCollinsI think 2 starters right away is practical. I expect 5 starters total over time. If not, Thompson failed. Oh yeah.....Hawk better be a fucking star.
We had two more top 2nd round picks and TT chose to trade down.
He certainly could have drafted solid starters there, but he chose to trade down.
It may be a challenge, but I want to see 2 of the 4 picks he received from those start.............and I sure hope we don't regret trading the pick used to take Chad Jackson.

ANYTHING LESS and all your fiddleshit will be a failure.
Plus Tank was right there agreeing with him. Any time that happens, the OP should take a step back and analyze the situation.Originally posted by 3irty1This is museum quality stupidity.
