  • The Book entittled "FAVRE"

Have any of you read the book? My wife and I went to Barnes and Nobel yesterday and I was at the Sports section. Sure enough they had the book. Favre. I start reading it. Pretty good read I must say. It's $30.

Excellent book. I bought it about a year ago and I've read it a couple times. A must have for any Packer/Favre fan. Hell...a must have for any fan of any sport. Favre is a one of a kind legend.

Yes, awesome book. I've read the two books from Favre and the Autobiography of Leroy Butler.....all great reads
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

I have the book as well. It is expensive but a Packers Fan collector's item. No true Cheesehead should be without a copy for their book collection!

Butler's was one hell of a story.

I read Favre, but not LeRoy's book. I should pick that one up cause it sounds like a good read.

While were on packer books, has anyone read When Pride Still Mattered?

I have a problem with the book "Favre". It is a nice read but half of it was already written in his previous autobiography, "Favre for the Record". I was a bit disappointed in this, since I just shelled out 35 bucks for a "new" autobiography.

The man is only 37 years old! How much did you think had happened between the first and second book?
I like the book, I just wish he'd have waited until he had retired.

That book is a very comprehensive book on Lombardi and the Glory years of the 60's. It is extremely well written.

I strongly recommend every Packer fan read that book.

I loved "When Pride Still Mattered." Very well written and thorough. I was lucky enough to have David Maraniss autograph my copy and personalize it.
