James Jones signed

Adam Caplan of Scout.com reports the Packers have signed third-round pick WR James Jones to a four-year, 2.4 millon contract which includes a signing bonus of around $742,200.

Jones should compete for the Packers third receiver slot, but he could make his biggest initial impact as a punt returner.
