LOL Ras, if I am doing that, I most definitely would have to be included with the drunk crowd!!

I've always parked in the residential areas around the stadium. You can park 5-6 blocks away for free. That might seem a long way in Green Bay, but for those used to parking in downtown Minneapolis, for example, that's nothing.

This is part of my plan as well. I vote we go to the 25 dollar one. This is Wisconsin and we drink beer and eat brats! Yum!

Good Point Harvey, I should mention that it is not mandatory to pay for parking, but you are going to have a 15 minute walk. Especially with losing another 400 spaces this year. Personally, going with a carload of people who each throw in 5 bucks and having a designated driver is worth it, plus we always park close because we usually are tailgating with our own setup.

The rest of the thread is good though
Well, BF4, it's going to be helpful for those that are coming here without a ticket. You'd be amazed at how much the price drops on the ticket when it's 5 minutes to kickoff. I share your resentment with scalpers though!

from what I understand, it's all the same party, there are just different colored wristbands based upon which party you paid for. The VIP probably gets you inside the Resch for use of indoor bathrooms, more drinks are included besides beer and some other food is available as well. I'm with ya though, I'm plenty happy with beer and brats!

I'll do the $25 deal and will park the rental outside the area and walk/stagger to the party and game. I was wondering if there are any State or County parks around that I can camp in? Any advice from the locals? ..and don't tell me its to cold.

Check out this link, it's an article titled "Hunting for hotels in game weekends" - some very good info.

Packer Country Visitor and Convention Bureau

How they can find a room: "We pool all of our hotels, and any of the properties that do have space available, they'll contact us and let us know that. We know about availability even outside of the area, so if there (are) rooms to be had, we normally know where they are."
I highly suggest using this. Their # is 1-888-867-3342, (920)-494-9507

GBRulz mentioned that parking can run $25-30. I normally park in a lot just NW of the stadium for $15. I'm not sure where Fuzzy's is, so I don't know how long a walk it would be. For anyone interested, you turn north on to Ridge off of Lombardi. Go one block north to St Agnes Dr. and turn left. Go west one block to Briquelet and turn right. There are 2 lots on the west side of Briquelet

Parking over there is going to be a little different this year. The packers have leased some of the lots in that area to accomodate season ticket holders whose spots in the Lambeau lot that were lost, due to the new security wall. I don't know exactly which lots, but I read something about the lots in the area of St. Agnes drive.

The Fuzzy's tailgate party is in that area between the front doors of the Resch Center and Ray Nitschke field (behind the Don Hutson center). If you want free parking, your best bet is to drive south on Holmgren Way.

Try contacting www.vanboxtelrv.com - then you can park overnight in the Kmart lot (where all the campers park and yes, they allow overnight parking)You can walk to the stadium from there.
