Park for free. It's like 6-8 blocks away. You get to walk by everybody tailgating in their yards. It's a nice stroll--although the thought of a party wagon with a designated driver does sound damn good.

If you don't need a rental for other things beyond the game, I can pick you up from your hotel. I still have 3 empty seats. This offer stands for anyone traveling.Originally posted by Freak OutI'll do the $25 deal and will park the rental outside the area and walk/stagger to the party and game. I was wondering if there are any State or County parks around that I can camp in? Any advice from the locals? ..and don't tell me its to cold.

No way! You've been to Camp Randall and have probably made the 10-15 block walk before because the parking at Lambeau can't possibly be worse than landlocked madison.Originally posted by HarveyWallbangersPark for free. The best thing about the walk is mingling and saying hello to all the fellow fans. Sometimes you even get a free beer and brat for your troubles.
Parking for free and strolling a mile in a swarm of green and gold is a much better idea than dropping that kind of bank to park.

If you walk down Dayton street they often have apartments from the third story that have a fishing rod hooked to 12 ounce glasses of beer. They let the line down to the sidewalk for anybody to slam a brewski that wants to.
Absolutely frickin classic.

I love badger saturdays. I get up early and fire up the grill, play a little beer pong, etc. It's a great time!Originally posted by BretskyOriginally posted by PartialNo way! Think you can fold up a ping pong table in your car, Partial?
If I wanted to walk a mile, I'd just walk from my house! Actually we have done that a couple of times, but that was just to meet friends who were tailgating. I certainly wouldn't want to walk if I were carrying a bunch of stuff! I will be getting there earlier though with a friend. We're bringing a cooler with bloody mary stuff.
Half the fun is walking around the stadium area just visiting all the tailgaters. I have no doubt that many parties will be in full swing by noon already that day.

Actually, would they allow that? A ping-pong table wouldn't fit but I have my own 8x4 Packer/Brewer beer pong table.Originally posted by GBRulzThink you can fold up a ping pong table in your car, Partial?

I think I'd kick your ass in Beer Pong
that would be frickin classic if we can set up a table somewhere and do some double beer pong matches.TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

Pretty sure I can make it... I work PT at a golf course on the weekends, but think I can get it off.
Fuzzy's at 4ish???
Earlier - 3ish near the tents by the Stadium View???
Last time I went up there to meet PR's, we had no idea who the others were... you all know how chaotic it gets up there on game day. Unless we have a specific spot, at a specific time, it's likely a lot of us will just end up wandering around in frustration looking for any sign of another PR.
Can we set up a specific spot to meet earlier, as opposed to just saying "by the tents"??? Or did I not get the memo with more specifics???
Let me know. Thanks.wist
