  • Final Roster Cut Predictions

    2 days to go:

Here is my pregame 53 men roster prediction:

    Offense: 25

    Defense: 25

DE: Aaron Kampman, Corey Williams, Cullen Jenkins, Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila, Jason Hunter (5)
DT: Ryan Pickett, Johnny Jolly, Corey Williams, Justin Harrell, Colin Cole, Daniel Muir (6)
LB: A.J. Hawk, ick Barnett, Brady Poppinga, Desmond Bishop, Tracy White (5)
CB: Al Harris, Charles Woodson, Will Blackmon, Jarrett Bush, Frank Walker (5)
S: Nick Collins, Atari Bigby, Aaron Rouse, Tyrone Culver (4)

    Specials: 3

    Crosby, Ryan, Davis

    PS:
Tramon Williams, Shaun Bodiford, Orrin Thompson, Clark Harris, Paul Thompson, Charlie Peprah, Rory Johnson, Larry Birdine

Not sure if Bodiford and Peprah are PS-eligible...

    IR:
    Abdul Hodge, Mike Montgomery

I believe the will trade a DT for a TE/RB/FB/QB sometime before the season starts or they try to put Muir on the PS and keep 3 QBs.

Looks about right, but why is Greg Jennings behind James Jones AND Carlyle Holiday?

I saw most of the positions were a depth chart, but he does have Corey Williams ahead of Cullen Jenkins also, so it must not be.

Also, starter Justin Harrell should be at front of list.

I'm gonna wait until after the game to make my final prediction. I think Favre is on the bubble.

Is that some sort of street name for Vicodon? God, I hope you're wrong.

                  I thought the practice squad was 6. It's 8?

Could the Packers stash Wynn on the Practice squad? Or do you think another team wants a 7th round pick that was only able to practice for one week?

I think we could. We're pretty weak at RB and Wynn looks bad even for us. I can't image too many teams are drooling over him.

I believe there are exemptions for NFLE players. Since the league doesn't exist anymore though,

I hope we don't cut Manuel. I have not seem much from Bigby, what if he tanks week one? I would want a vet to replace him instead of a rookie or another young inexperienced guy.
