I'm done with this cause this isn't even worth arguing about cause the Pack reigns supreme in WI and second would be UW football, sorry buddy but the numbers don't lie.Pass Jessica's Law and keep the predators behind bars for 25 years minimum. Vote out liberal, SP judges. Enforce all immigrant laws!

OK, she totally has her priorities in the wrong place, but you need to explain to her what you're gonna do to her once they win...Originally posted by RIPackerFanGreat win - my wife - with a 1:30 left tried to get intimate - I don't have TIVO - so I disregarded her advances - now she is mad, but hey, I'm happy, the Pack won."Greatness is not an act... but a habit.Greatness is not an act... but a habit." -Greg Jennings

Ha!Originally posted by cpk1994YOu are really grasping. THe Brewers are in 1st Place in a hot pennant race. The Packers, just started. No way do the Packers easily outdraw the Brewers. The ratings would be comprable. Especially in Milwaukee.Originally posted by b bulldogThe Pack could be on ESPN and the Breqwers on a national game and the Pack would easily outdraw them.
Are you serious?
This is a Packer state. The Brewers game was on one, yes, one TV in a sports bar of 50+ tvs. Packer Game was on at least 30. The cubs game was on another. The rest were the steelers-browns game.

Same thing here in Detroit, Willard. It was right after the Pack recovered (another) muffed Philly punt - I thought it was with 59 seconds left, but whatever. Got the announcement that we'd be switched to Detroit-Oakland, and I had a fit. Who gives a damn about the kickoff of that game? Even a Detroit fan would rather see the end of the Packer game, doncha think?Originally posted by WillardI am happy happy with the big win -- but furious with Fox!! In SF, the last play they showed was the punt fumble recovery. With 53 seconds left, and the game tied these network bastards switched to the Lion/Raider game!!! Arggggggghhhhh! They switched to a game between 2 teams that won a combined 5 games last year. F*&^%(* Bastards, DIE, DIE, DIE!!!!!!!!Originally posted by BallHawkSame in Florida.Originally posted by Freak OutFreaking FOX Alaska.....the Bucs vs Seachicks are the second game.

OK, now that i got that off my chest ---HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY!!!!!!
It was nerve wracking. But the Packers won! Yeah baby! Yes the o-line sucked on running plays, and Jon Ryan - WTF in the second half? - but it was a win.
It's been awhile since the Pack didn't lay an egg in the opener. I am very happy. However, doesn't Mason Crosby look a whole lot like that one midget actor dude in Hollywood? Anyone know who I'm talking about?
Johnny Jolly rocked. The whole d-line rocked (okay, KGB still gets pushed wide a lot). Barnett played well, Hawk and Poppinga were quiet. Jarret Bush was very good most of the time, Bigby was good most of the time.
How bad is Harris's injury? Any word?"The Devine era is actually worse than you remember if you go back and look at it."

Peter Dinklage, small person and actor.

Mason Crosby, big hero for Packer fans.[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.

i wonder if vai sikkahema is still working out....Originally posted by digitaldeanHow fast do you think the Eagles are going to call back Jeremy Bloom to return punts for them?
He wasn't a great receiver but he was quick and could at least handle the ball.Always respect your opponent, even when you're kicking the crap outta him.

Congratulations, Packer nation on the big first day win!
The only player I am really ticked off at is Atari Bigby for laying that vicious DB hit on Al Harris' ulnar nerve. Sharper used to pull that stunt in his first couple of seasons--he'd try to lay on a big DB hit on a receiver, lower his head and take a bad angle, and subsequently knock his own defensive teammate off the ball carrier.
Mason Crosby was money. But I don't get Leaper's name-calling. Rayner had a bit more experience and had done nothing to lose his job. I would have been disappointed if they'd kept Rayner but not outraged. Let's all simply agree that Mason made tough pressure kicks from distance and we are happy to have Marcol and Stenerud's heir and the next holder of the NFL's record long field goal in the fold.
Brett. You are amazing. Every one of your teammates better do some soul searching about how they want to play the game when they have the privilege of strapping it on with you every week.
Baddest Bear--well, at least your team tried really hard and that counts for a lot in life in most instances, but in your case the Bears still suck.

To be honest - she gets a free pass this week - she got me tickets next week (through her contacts) to the NYG game.Originally posted by MJZiggyOK, she totally has her priorities in the wrong place, but you need to explain to her what you're gonna do to her once they win...Originally posted by RIPackerFanGreat win - my wife - with a 1:30 left tried to get intimate - I don't have TIVO - so I disregarded her advances - now she is mad, but hey, I'm happy, the Pack won.
And I don't know if you are married with kids - but the window of opportunity is small and fleeting......so needless to say - I think I lost my chance for a few days. But once again, worth it.'Til the End
