  • Consensus draft GPA (based on a 4.0 scale) of every NFL team

For what it's worth ESPN compiled the average draft grade of each NFL team and created a score for every team. Grades are the average of nine different outlets. The Packers graded out at a 3.1 (out of a possible 4.0).

You can see the scores and ranks here.........

Interesting. Apparently, people don't think that highly of the NFC North's drafts. I'd like to judge this in 2009.
"There's a lot of interest in the draft. It's great. But quite frankly, most of the people that are commenting on it don't know anything about what they are talking about."--Ted Thompson

Yeah. I've noticed that nobody ever grades the graders three years after they pop off about whose draft sucked.
[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.

I don't get why Washington's draft is so roundly bashed. Sure, they overpaid for McIntosh, but not that badly.

How come no one mentions that two players already on their roster should almost be included in the draft class? They traded away picks in this year's draft to get Cambell and Lloyd last year.

Buffalo was second lowest. Now THERE was a pitiful draft.
