that's was not a fumble...can't review?

With the situation on that play, the second the ball hit the ground the play was whistled dead.....ect...players should have stopped trying to recover.

So there can be no workaround in changing that incompletion back to a fumble

Oooh - kitties may get screwed. They lost a challenge earlier in the half but wasted 5 minutes reviewing a play that should've been overturned for a TD.
