Favre had that worried look in his eyes... Barnett seemed to be pumping ice water into the Defense's veins though. I feel like this is going to be a low scoring defensive struggle.... I hope I'm wrong, because I really like our chances in a shootout.

I'm beginning to think the Brandon Jackson pick was a waste. I don't know...don't hold me to that, but that's my feeling up to this point. Corey Dillon...where are you?!?!?!

Wow. Look you talk to Justin Harrell the poster, and I'm the most negative guy around, but, hell, even I'm not saying this stuff.

Really? - you're expecting a guy who hadn't played football in almost a year with a TORN biceps to be effective as a DT? Do you realize how much arm strength and upper body strength that takes to be effective? How does the guy work out in the weight room when he's rehabbing his arm? C'mon, he won't be effective until the end of the season, if then....

As to Jackson, the guy was a part time starter last year. He was a starter for only 1 year. Don't you think there is a learning curve he's got to get over, and then he's hurt to top it off?...

Patience. If I can do it, so can you. These guys will help... in 2008.

Well, let's say I'm rooting for the teams ahead of the Vikings to lose.....

Lions went down, and that was a good thing. I think it's a 50/50 game here. Favre is looking great this year.... I was at the game last week of course and I can tell you, he was really sharp.

If he's truly a Viking fan, he has to root for the Bears... If the Packers lose, the Vikings don't fall so far out of 1st place.

Chill, chill. All I'm saying is...if...IF Harrell plays...I hope he doesn't run around like a chicken with it's head cut off. And as for Jackson...I have a feeling he's gonna be an injury prone running back....ala Najeh Davenpoop. If so...then it was a waste of a pick.

Didn't Harrell put up 33 reps on the bench at only 1/2 strength?

EDITut up 24, which is still insane for a torn bicep.

Hello from Green Bay. At the Stadium View bar, about a block from Lambeau, with Bretsky, Skinbasket, Deputy Nutz, and Harvey Wallbangers. Doing our best to bring home a victory. Can't wait for the game to start.

Colin Cole - likely inactive due to a concussion suffered in practice this week.

Well, let's hope that both Muir and Harrell come out determined to ensure that Cole stays on the bench.
