Packers waived OT Orrin Thompson and activated WR Koren Robinson from the reserve/suspended list.

The Pack somewhat surprisingly took no time to make this move, despite being on a bye in Week 7. They apparently believe Robinson is in good enough shape to contribute immediately. Thompson, a developmental converted defensive lineman, should make it back to the practice squad.

I like the move even if it is considered premature. Ruvell Martin will not like it much.

I wouldn't be surprised that the Redskins will snatch him up. After playing the aggressive Packers DL they lost 3 OL men they are in disparate need of OL hlep.
