May 8th, 2006 - It is nearly impossible to determine how a NFL team’s season will go after a draft. There are still many questions to be answered in Green Bay regardless of the spin and the hype after the draft. On paper, the Packers have only acquired one starter in AJ Hawk, and a couple of additions to the return game and on special teams. There are no guarantees that Hodge, Jennings, and Colledge will be able to contribute on offense..

1- The offensive play calling hopefully will be improved with the new coach

2- The defense should put us in position to win, where Favre doesn't feel he has to score on each play with his arm.

3- The O-line and running game should be improved (see #2).

4. Odds of the same number of major injuries occuring are slim.

Therefore, the offense will be much improved.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Colledge, Wells, and Coston - if they stay healthy - will be a big improvement over last year's combo pack at those three positions. Therefore, the offense will be better.
