Packers announced Big 10 Commissioner (edit) Jim Delany is a candidate for Bob Harlan's job as Packer's president.

He does have a list of credentials, but NO NFL experience.

Mike Reinfeldt not on the list, looks like Bud Adams is blocking his chances of leaving Tennessee.
